We have an error message MR102 on our Sky Q mini box. It is asking us to complete some questions on screen but we can't do anything or get a response via our remote control. Currently we have a bright blue screen with the question "is this the first time you're setting up this box in this home? - "No" has been hilighted but we can't change this or advance past this screen. We have turned off the main Sky Box and the Mini for 5 mins as suggested and waited for the main one to reboot before turning on the Mini but this hasn't helped. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try first setting your mini remote to Infrared.
To do this Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then it should control the mini box but you need to point the remote at the mini as it needs line of sight.
If you can then get past the steps and get the mini working it will need pairing.
To do this make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
