For the last week I'm continually getting issues with the Sky Mini box freezing or just losing the connection to the Sky Q Box
Resetting the Sky Mini has no affect at all
Checking on the Sky Q Box shows that the Sky Mini is connected but it isn't
The only way I've been able to resolve this is
by turning everything off and unplugging the Sky Q, Sky Mini and boosters but this doesn't always work.
Error codes so far MR004/MR104/MR204
Can anyone give any advice please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @MichaelJ22 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Thanks for the info.
This is what I've been doing to get the Mini back on, unplugging everything and leaving it unplugged for a while then reconnecting.
Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't and it's starting to get very frustrating as it's going almost daily now 😞
