Equipment return

Hi i returned sky Q equipment and sky broadband router few weeks ago i have been sent another package to send router back but already returned the router i dont want to call as no one believes you and no proof, so prefer communcation by email so have proof of the conversation, all i will get is sent constant reminders asking for it back or will be charged. i should have taken a picture before returning as proof so have email saying thanks for returning equipment. is there email to send this proof to.

oh forgot o say same happened with equipment had at caravan returned it all got was constant emails/letters to say will be charged so have no faith.

You should have obtained proof of posting from the Post Office. 

Sky don't use email for general communication. 

Are you saying you have an email saying thanks for returning the equipment? If you do then why won't Sky believe you?

yes i do have email saying this so why am i being sent it again asking to return equipment like said no faith all you get is hounded.

We could usually escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off. We expected it would be available again this week but in the meantime you can perhaps contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by phoning in.

Alternatively post back on this thread next week and we may be able to help you further.
