Equipment is asking for a viewing card Sky Q doesn't have a viewing card. We can not watch anything

When channel selected it says there is a Technical Fault

@GeoffGreen  So is the issue a Technical fault? or your missing viewing card, there should be one to use Sky Q, the card is inserted on the left hand side of the main Q box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GeoffGreen says all SkyQ boxes have a viewing card, although ours is on the right side as you are looking at it.  Just push it in gently and then pull it out and reinsert it and see if that sorts it.
