I need to book an engineer visit. I have tried everything both on the TV and online - I have no satellite signal.
Please arrange a booking or I will have to find another provider.
An actual telephone number would be helpful!.

It's possible an engineer may not be available before Christmas. You may wish to consider paying a local firm to check the dish etc.

Realised that when I ordered a new SkyQ box they sent a Sky mini - I returned old SkyQ, exchanged it with delivery man as instructed . I don't know how to contact Sky to resolve this. It's all online and I can't explain!

We are now back to the same situation even with the new mini box it's intermittent we returned from x2 days away and it work perfectly yesterday all day and now we have ALL the same error messages........
