Engineer set up our Sky Q box on Thursday and since then I've lost the Sky Q viewing card.

Engineer came on Thursday and set up our Sky Q box. Since then however I've lost the Sky Q viewing card. Does it matter?

hi @Dan158 

 

Your SKY Q box will not work without a viewing card - there is only one for the main box

 

The slot on the SKY Q is quite discreet so is it just possile you do not realise it is in it ?

Your SKY Q box will not work without a viewing card - there is only one for the main box

Thanks for such a speedy reply. It is in the machine. I feel a bit of an idiot, I've been looking for it everywhere.
