Engineer came out on Friday sky mini not connecting won't turn on tried to connect ourselves
need engineer back and a sky booster to send WiFi to box
box is not working

Does the mini box turn on with a green led?
if the LED on the right stays amber
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
Failing this if you need an Engineer
