Email invitation to upgrade to Sky Q

This is my first post, so please be kind if I'm in the wrong place. Recently my parents received an email from Sky to upgrade from Sky HD to Sky Q by calling the customer phone number. Both my parents have hearing difficulties, so this is a not going to be possible. I've tried every method possible to contact a human being via the website, but no luck. Can anyone advise me if it's possible to chat with a human being via the website regarding this upgrade? Before anyone mentions the dreaded 'stream' word, our bb speed here is 16Mb/s!

Hi @Dyffrynaeron

If you need to contact Sky it's best to persevere by phone.

To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

I would be inclined to leave them on HD.

It will definitely be worth registering them with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
