E4 Sky Q Planner issue Weds 15/11

Trying to record a programme on E4 tonight But no programmes showing all day only "E4 preview"? Have rebooted the main Sky Q Box and all other programmes good so can only assume issue at Sky's end? Anybody Else having the same issue?

I left the tv on channel 135 for 15 minutes and the correct programming is now in the guide for it 😁

 

meanwhile the auto response from the email said they'd get back to me within 3 days 😢

I see the same and it is also an issue online via the Sky Go app so it might be worth sending an email to the Viewer Relations team about this -  viewerR@sky.uk

E4HD is showing programmes for tonight on the EPG now.
