Drm protected content 1B-6001 when trying to watch discovery+ ?

Hi...new to the forum....so best wishes.

I have added and activated my new discovery+ subscription using my sky id.

Don't seem to be able to watch anything due to the above error message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was simply a case of turning sky box off at wall..!!..and turn back on after 2 mins.

@Rikkyd thats a new one on me might be worth contacting discovery regarding this error message


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
