Downloads are failing, saying there’s no subscription?

I've recently joined Sky Q and I'm trying to download Sky Box Sets but it's coming up saying "download failed, no subscription".

 

I'm paying for sky signature, HD & UHD so I don't get why it's not working. I even tried to see if it'll download in SD and it said the same thing! Any ideas?

 

I can watch TV channels like Sky Atlantic in HD but can't download any of the box sets so very confused.

@T4Ks I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Annoyingly, it's been close to a month and this still keeps happening every day.

 

I was told to turn the box off at the plug etc and do it that way which worked the first few times however now nothing works. Download even stops half way through an episode now (on the times the download actually starts to "work" anyway). What's the point in paying for Sky when I can't even utilise the service to its fullest. 

Anyone got any tips to help fix this? I've updated the software and that was a bust so now I'm stuck in limbo.
