Download Failed No Subscription

Hello.  Trying to download the first episode of Peacemaker Season 2 in UHD but it keeps failing for no subscription.  I have the correct packages as can download other stuff in UHD today but this one episode fails.  Any ideas?

I have a UHD subscription but suddenly today I can't download any UHD content including Peacemaker season 2 episode 1 and the Jackie Stewart documentary? Any ideas?

I find sometimes my box drops it's video format setting back to HD. Check the Audio Visual under settings. That was the first thing I checked when I couldn't download this content.

Clearly in this case not that issue.

I have tired 20 times to get an answer to a simple question - why will I movie I have purchased on sky movie's not download to watch!!

Just trying to download the chicago episodes in UHD, but also getting "no subscription". Rebooted everything and now updating software (slow and not informative). Wonder why I bother paying extra!

How exactly is enailing Sky the answer to this issue?

Surely if it is a known issue, why does anyone need to email?

I can't watch this show in UHD even though Sky charges me through the nose for the privilege. Seriously considering binning Sky tbh, it's a joke...

Having same issue with all programmes with the option to download a UHD version, however, if I go back to the previous episode no problem to doanload, so its only this weeks programmes affected.

Unable to download Sky Witness programmes in UHD from catch up on Sky Q. Message says "Failed, no subscription " 

Another Sky glitch, that they will deny and do nothing about?

Hi.  Trying to download s10 e17 of pisode of Chicago Med in UHD but it keeps failing for no subscription.  I have the correct packages as have been watching previous  episodes, but this one episode fails.  Anything else I can do?

This isn't really an answer so what's going on? I have the same issue with the new Peacemaker!

I'm also having the same problem with Peacemaker. I'm able to download it in HD, but if I try to download it in UHD I'm getting a "Failed, No Subscription" error. This is despite paying extra for UHD.

Has anyone been able to get it to work?

It just seems to affect UHD programs uploaded from Thursday onwards for me.

I downloaded the new episodes of FBI and FBI International on Thursday evening, and they downloaded fine, but they won't redownload now. Fire Country from wednesday downloads OK.
