Downgraded oackage to essentials and lost recordings

Was unhappy with price increase so have downgraded package as basic as it it just to still use sky q and have essentials package now but have lost all recordings? They didn't warn me of this today. Is that right even if recordings were terrestrial?

You can only watch recordings if you have a current subscription for the recorded material.  Therefore, you shouldn't have lost these unless there's something I'm unaware of.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @dansilkman

Afraid you will not be able to watch any Recordings for any content or resolution you no longer have a subscription for.

I had signature package before so expected to lose anything from sky Atlantic etc but I've got nothing showing even recordings from itv and bbc.
