Down loaded film

I've down loaded saw x but it's in uhd and I don't have that so can't play the film can you help me please

Hi @Sam+and+aaliyha 

Just delete in from your Recordings and 5he Deleted section and Download it in the correct format.

If you do not have the Optional UHD pack you need to change the Download to HD (or SD if you don't have HD pack) in Formats.
So that you do not need to do this every time it’s best to change your Download preference in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.
This needs to be done on the main Q box.
