Does the Q 2TB BOX have find my remote and should the light alway be green even when off?

We recently had a new 2tb Q box delivered and have just gone to use the button to find our remote, which I assume is Q in the middle as it was on my old 1tb box, but it didn't work. Has this function been taken away? Also the power light is always green, is this normal?

No, my 2TB box has it.

Also the power light is always green, is this normal? 

Are the standby settings set to None ~ in which case that is normal.

I may be wrong but I think the find it for it me function only works if the remote has been paired in bluetooth mode - did you fully pair the remote with the new box ?

Thanks for replying @nigea99 however yes the remote is paired as per the operation instructions. 

Do you know is the power light should go amber and not stay green even when off?

I shall check my settings regarding the power light and contact Sky in relation to the find my remote function.

The Q box power light should go amber when you put it into standby with the Remote or switch it off with the standby button on the front of the box  (the green/amber led)
