I don't know about this specifically but if you look in MySKY app or logon to SKY.com it should show any add on that you have a minimum contract with a message as to when it ends - if you have no date then it should be able to be cancelled with 31 days notice

The way I read that is that it is £15p.m on a rolling 31 day contract but if you leave it in place longer than 12 months then it increases to £18pm
