Either call them or use the chat: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

What problem are you having?  (You cannot cancel if you are subject to a minimum term)

Tried to call on hold for 40mins x4 times each time after the sky call hangs up the phone I've emailed I've done a robot chat I'm within my rights to leave as my contract is due to end all I want to do it give my notice which I've been trying for 4 days ! It's draining!

@Penfold2005 have you followed the link @PandJ2020 posted,  at the bottom of the link ithere is  still need a hand click on the yes option it brings up all the options on how to contact Sky

@Penfold2005  you can also write to Sky to give notice to cancel.

Unless you were trying to call when their broadband servers had a melt down (or attack possibly) last(?) week I've never had an issue getting through on the phone. I think from memory the early mornings are the best times.

Make sure you use the "thinking of leaving"(?) option.
