Does Sky Sports come with HD or is this an extra?

Hi all, I used to subscribe to Sky Q including sports until just over a year ago and things seem to have changed since then.  I intend to resubscribe to the same package over the next few days but I just wanted to know whether HD is included in the latest sports package.  Also, as a previous sunscriber, do I still have to pay the hefty initial charge to set it all up?  Is there still negotiation to be had? Thanks.

in the UK SKY Sports are in HD as standard (as they has been for a few years)  but I believe still optional in Ireland

Entertainment channels etc still need the separate HD add on for channels that are in HD and not Free To Air

I think there is still an initial charge but I think it can be negotiated

Even though it is included as standard it still gets listed separately in bills, making it appear that it is charged on top.

That said I think there has been the odd glitch in the system meaning the correct amount has/is not always been charged for some people
