Do you need a dish if have fibre
Need to remove dish whilst house reclad and new roof. Do I need dish if have fibre ?

SKY Q needs a dish unless you have a communal Satellite feed.
You could, however, switch to SKY Stream which uses the internet instead but you may need to research it as it is a slightly different product & a few channels are unavailable

The box may continue to work for a while, but will require a subscription re-validation signal received over the satellite link at some point. Unfortunately it's also possible that it will stop working immediately, and this is a total loss of service (streaming apps, on-demand and recording playback, not just loss of 'live' TV).

Just use streaming services on the TV in the meantime.
