Do i need an Aerial with sky q ?

SKY Q does need a feed from a Satellite Dish.

SKY do have a newer product - SKY Stream (& their - TVs SKY Glass) that work via the internet and these do not need any connection to a dish

If you mean an old fashioned type aerial, then No. Just the satellite cables from the dish.

If it has an aerial socket then the box should be in Italy...

Main Q boxes in UK and RoI don't have digital terrestrial television tuners.
