Do I still need my satellite dish, now that i have Sky Q, with mini boxes?

My Smart TV, and, Sky Q box, also have a Sky mini box. As my signal now comes from my Sky Broadband can I remove my Sky Satellite?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

No, it doesn't.  Sky Q is a satellite television system and all live channels are arriving over the dish: broadband supplies on-demand content.

The online-only Sky products are Glass and Stream.

No you can not, as your Sky Q is a satelite based reception and not Sky Broadband. Only Sky Stream or Sky Glass uses broadband.
