No. HDMI 2.0 certified cables are good enough to handle the bandwidth needed for 4k HDR at 60Hz

 

Can't hurt though. Except in the wallet.

HDMI 2.1 cables are intended to carry the bitrate for 8K resolution.  As @Chodley indicates there's no harm in using one for Q, but don't pay more than £10.
