Do I need an engineer for home move if I buy Sky Glass TV?

I currently have SkyQ and have arranged an engineer visit for Sat 1st November. I am considering getting Sky Glass - do I cancel the engineers scheduled visit, or does an engineer need to attend to set the Sky Glass tv up?

Sky Glass is a TV which is just delivered to you. There is no engineer support. It's up to you to set it up.

If you decide to get it then your current Sky Q subscription will automatically be cancelled when you activate the Glass TV. It requires a fast and stable broadband connection in order to function. Do not order one until you know that you can provide this in your new home would be my advice.
