Do I have to go to Stream?
After being harassed by the 0800 number for over a week I finally answered to be told they'd like to save me money.
After telling me all the packages I had, to prove it wasn't a scam, as they wanted my details (they called me, they, if genuine they have them...).
Anyway, I was interested and just as we got into it they hung up...
So, I decided to have a look online to see what may be available, as I'm out of contact.
All I can see are Sky Stream packages.
If I were to sign up for another contract, can I keep Sky Q or would I be forced to have Stream?
I don't want to go to a streaming service until there is absolutely no choice - trying to explain to Mrs Cake that a show she wants to watch is only available for x number of weeks is a headache I can do without.
Cheers

Re: Do I have to go to Stream?
Sky Q is still available so if your minimum term deal has ended or is ending soon you can contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, in fact recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are no longer being offered. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

The Q page is there but not always easily found https://www.sky.com/tv/sky-q
Any stream deals you see are generally for new customers only...

@PandJ2020 @Daniel0210 @SKY1992bf thanks for the speedy responses and information.
That certainly gives me something to think about. I just wish that it was easy to talk to someone at Sky and that they understood the nuances of the language instead of sticking to a script and trying to rush you into a decision there and then...
