do I have Disney+ on my account? I did have what's happened to it

We are just other customers here and cannot answer your question I'm afraid.
You will need to contact Sky via chat or by calling if you think you should have access to Disney+.
It is a separate subscription and is not "included" as such, so would show under "app subscriptions" in My Sky which you can access via your Q box.
