Disney+ problem

When I try to launch Disney+ I just keep getting error code 1026 (using Sky Q). 
software up to date 

refreshed apps

reset settings

power cycled main box and router

asked Disney+ help

still nothing. 
it works on all other devices but will not start on Sky. 
Anyone else having similar issues?

Yes. (Need to check if error number matches) Not figured out a solution yet and reverted to Disney+ app on the TV.
