I have a disney plus account before I got sky. When I try to log in on the tv now it won't let me. Is this sky trying to force me into signing up for disney plus through them? I get the error 83 code. I've reset I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it the lot but still no joy.

Log in using the original email address that is linked to the account holder. Disney will say you are no longer subscribed and to log out. When you log out and then log back in with the new account, it should work fine.

Did you find a solution to this, having the same problem, tried forgotten password through sky and still says, welcome back it seems you're not subscribed, even though it is definitely subscribed and working.
Could it be that sky only recognises the app if its being subscribed through the same email address as in this case they are different??

Right, just worked mine out, might not be relevant to you...
So even though in the account settings for disney it has my outlook email address it is actually signed up using Google pay so the sign in email address is the gmail one!!
Made me change my password but now can access disney+ through sky
