Disney plus and sky q 'sorry not working'

Hi there, 

I've just set up my Q mini box and logged into Disney plus. I keep getting the error 'sorry not working'  I've restarted the TV and box with no luck.

To add to this. I can log in to the app and select what to watch. However it will not stream anything.
