Disney + picture breaking up and randomly screen goes blank

I have talked with Broadband provider, Disney and neither can find a problem.

I have now endured the Virtual Assistant, twice, and find I am going round in circles. 

The issue: everytime I watch Disney Plus on TV the picture breaks up, with overlapping images, pixelating. This has been happening for a couple of months. Added to this we now have the picture going blank during Disney programmes.

The solution for the blank screen is to switch box off and start again. The solution for the picture breaking up is to turn off the mains, wait a few minutes and restart. Neither solution ideal, particularly when you look at the cost of these services.

Any ideas? thanks

Look at the topic "Sky Q Apps pixelating". Lots of others having the same problem.

It appears that many of the replies on the post "Sky Q Apps pixelating" are having this problem with all apps. 

The Sky reply "that they are working hard on a solution" is concerning. 

I had a problem with Netflix not loading a few months back and Sky firstly claimed it was a Netflix issue then later said "they are working hard on a solution". I finally got to talk to a real Tech person who talked me through the fix in a couple of minutes. This situation feels the same.

20 minutes into Deadpool & Wolverine and the screen has gone blank. Shut everything down and start again. A waste of time.
