Same here, Disney+ worked up until I changed router. New router is using IPv6 (previous router was IPv4), seen somewhere that Disney+ does not like IPv6. Although, the app works on iPad, browser, and the TV that my Sky Q connects to, so I think that is a red herring.
Now querying if it is the app on the Sky box or the box it's self.

Well I have got mine working via a chat with Disney+. It was to do with ip address and possibly a firewall or something at their end. I was asked to go to ipchicken.com and get my ip address which returned 104.28.30.90 they then did something at their but it did not work, went to the same site on my phone and it told me my ip address was 176.27.133.238, they did their thing again and hey presto, now working.
Why the **bleep** have I got 2 different public ip addresses ?

I am now on week 4 of Disney + not working.
i have followed all steps from Disney+ and sky including:
refreshing apps,
updating my box software,
resetting by box and repeating the above.
Sky also supplied us with a new SkyQ box but still not working.
We are getting the 1017 start up error code.
