Yes i do not have Sky Cinema Right now. But Normal on a Cinema Channel come a message that i have to Upgrade my package.

But even when would i do that, This channel would not work.

I have an Older but Still Working White Card (Cinema and Sports) and even with that card the channel do not work, same Message.

Normally that message is on Screen:

By the Way There is a "Taste of Disney+" and the Download there are working ^^

Just for clarification, are you actually changing the VCN itself? My card is white, if slightly singed looking, you mentioned a red card earlier though?

I see you're on an old Entertainment package, I wonder if it still thinks you're on HD+ Entertainment?

So am i right in thinking that if you switch an existing account to Sky that you will be automatically set to Standard with ads, and if you want to change tier then you will have to pay for this seperately from your main bill via Sky Marketplace?

And that if you previously had a subscription for Premium then this will be the only option that you will have to upgrade to. Either stick with the Standard with ads (which is awful) or pay £9 to upgrade to Premium.

These seem to be the only options i have.  There is no option to upgrade to Standard, only to Premium.

If only ad supported & premium are showing, would that not indicate you have ad free already? My ad free transferred to Sky with little fuss as it takes whatever tier you're on now. That's why it's possibly easier to swit tiers with Disney before linking the accounts.

Hi everyone,

From 17 March, Disney+ Standard with Ads is now part of the Sky package for Sky Q/Glass/Stream customers. That means even more brilliant entertainment included in your monthly subscription, at no extra cost.

Whether you're diving into Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic or the latest Star originals, we’d love to hear how you're finding the new addition.

Whilst the process was fine, despite Sky stating any annual subscriptions would be refunded Disney aren't doing this and just stating that the original yearly subscription account is 'paused'. Many of us would not have gone through the process and end up paying twice if we hadn't have been misinformed so can someone in Sky give Disney a swift kicking and say to them that they should refund anyone with a outstanding amount please.

@Me134

I had Premium that i was paying for through O2. Did the switch to Sky last night, cancelled my O2 subscription. Disney+ now says i am subscribed through Sky which is fine.

I get that they set you up on the Standard with ads which is also fine. Having looked into it there should be an option through Sky to upgrade to Standard (no ads) for £4 a month or Premium for £9 a month. I've decided that i don't actually need Premium so would like to upgrade to Standard but when i click on Disney+ on the MySky app it only gives me an option to upgrade to Premium for £9 a month or stick with the Standard with ads for no additional cost.

Actually just noticed that when i log into my account on desktop, in my products Disney+ still says 'complete activation' but as far as i'm aware its activated as was watching it last night.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

I have Disney+ over any other Provider, for me it was just a Try 😄

I will try to get in Touch with sky, of they offer me an Official SKY Q.

I think SKY Q Tiers are needed to use all SKY Q Features.
I just wondering, why it had worked to a while...

With the Channel, it is Strange.

SKY Q, With Entertainment SD and Sky Sports HD.

hi @cuke

This has been raised and we have been advised that, despite the messages you may have received as part of the migration saying it is just suspended, Disney will be refunding the amount remaining for annual subscribers (as per the help pages & announcements etc)

We have not been given any specifics on the refund process but I am guessing it may take a few days for this to go through & show in people's accounts
