@HMARTS73  Which platform is this on? Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

I've got Sky Q and paid for Disney through Sky marketplace. Do I need to do anything? I've gone into my Sky, Sky marketplace and then Disney and it shows me what I currently have (which I want to keep). Unless I want to downgrade, it doesn't actually let me do anything.

So does this mean it's all sorted? Tried reading through everything but couldn't see a definitive answer.

Re: Disney+ activation issues

It's SkyQ. We're logging in to Disney with the same email as our Sky account so that can't be the issue.

I have moved your post into the new (Sky Q) thread discussing the launch of the Disney+ app and any teething problems.

Not having much joy with it here. I had a previous Disney+ account (now inactive) with the same email as my Sky log in. When trying to activate on Sky I keep getting directed to log in to the Disney+ website via the on screen QR code but it then wants me to resubscribe to a paid tier.

Will have to try again later.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

My Red Viewing Card was former in a SKY+ HD box.

Now she is in a SKY Q since Month.

When i go to Disney+ i can Choose my Sky E-Mail or a new one, but in Any case the Screen goes black, and my SKY Q Returns to the Home Screen with the Message:

"To use this Servce, you have to Upgrade your Subscriprion!

On My SKY Stands under App Subscriptions: Discovery+ and Disney+

I also made a Recall of my Viewing card but nothing changes.
Factory Reset also not.

I Guess my SKY Q is of some kind of Black List?

The BBC iPlayer has worked for some days.

And by the Way the TV Channel does also not work.

Not Available in your Region* Short said* like it is with Premiere 1&3 and TNT Sports 2-4

Re: e: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

Hi thanks for the info but I only have 1 options  showing not 3 which is disney plus with ads for £4. I have gone as far as payment but haven't put payment through yet as I would like the option of standard without ads. I know this is because I linked to my current disney account without ads but I would expect option before I pay. Some people are saying you can change via tv but should have option through app.

£4 is for ad free but try and change your sub through Disney+ online (web browser, phone or tablet app), then link it via the Sky box

@Ultramelon

Just make sure when you try to activate you are using the following:

On your Sky Q box press Home >>> My Sky >>> Sky Shop then click on the Disney + tile and you should then be able to link your Sky to your Disney + account .
