Disney + has old email address, can’t sign in to access

I subscribe to Disney + but for some reason I now need to sign in. But the email address used to register no longer exists and they want to email a code to gain access to change my email address. Stuck as theyre sending the code to a defunct address. Any advice?

@Jeanette6  May be just easier signing up as a new D+ customer under your new email address rather than trying to change it since you don;t have access to the old email account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you, there is a chat option although I've tried several times today to chat but to no avail. Fortunately there's also a contact number which I'll ring.
