Disney Plus 4K Atmos lag/jerk/buffering

I know we could use a different app, but trying to get my other half to understand this is difficult.

 

We generally have no issues with any apps, be that on Sky Q, the TV or other devices.

 

The other half is a Disney fan and wanted to wtach Moana 2 & Mufasa.

 

We watch loads of stuff on Disney Plus even through the Sky Q app and don't have any issues what-so-ever (ignoring the black screen after trailer issue that looks to have been fixed).  Whether it's standard TV shows (Will Trent, 9-1-1, NCIS etc.)  the new Star Wars stuff (Mandalorian, Ashoka etc.) or movies (Deadpool 3, Avatar 2 etc.)

However, both these 2 new release Moana 2 & Mufasa just don't want to play properly through the Disney Plus Sky Q app for us.  They just keep "pausing" for a few seconds at a time and the audio stops.  The only corrolation I can see is that they're both 4K Atmos.

I haven't seen anybody else moan about this, so I'm inclined to think for some reason it's our internet (we've 250mb, Virgin Media), but we've no issue with anything other than these 2 films (so far) using the Sky Q app.
