@Armachian You will have to call Sky to report the issue and arrange an engineed visit, be aware though there may be a wait as the storm will mean the engineers are busier than normal.

You will need to contact Sky. We are fellow customers here.


If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise directly with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

It’s worth noting that:

▪️ following adverse weather wait times for an engineer will probably be significantly longer.
