Hi All,
I have TNT Sports through my Sky Q Subscription and I have activated my Discovery+ account and linked it with Sky as you are supposed to do. I can watch Documentaries and TV Shows perfectly fine, but when I try to watch TNT Sports through Discovery+ it tells me I need to upgrade.
I spoke to the help desk at Discovery and they said my package is only showing as "Standard" and it's an issue at Sky's end they need to upgrade me to "Premium". I spoke to someone at Sky and they said I need to contact TNT. Feel like I'm going round in circles.
Who is the fault with and who should be sorting it out? I got TNT sports through Sky so I feel it should be Sky who the issue is with and no one else?

Hi,
I had a private chat going with a Sky Expert who was looking into this issue. They have not contacted me in a few days and the chat bubble that would automatically pop up when logging in has since disappeared.
Does this mean the issue has been resolved or is it still being looked in to?

Issue still not resolved. Really don't understand how hard it is for someone to change my package from Standard to Premium as I'm entitled to it
