Discovery plus premium for existing SKY customers

I had Discovery plus  app on my sky Q.

I could get the Eurosport content.

I have TNT sports via BT broanband  via my SKY Q box which means I should be on Discovery plus premium.

However, I am on discovery plus basic.

How can I get upgraded to Discovery plus premium?

 Any ideas helpful

Please note , I can't cancel the basic, as it's part of my sky subscription bundle, I  dont want a monthly pass , because I already have TNT sports already with BT broadband.

Can you login to Disc+ with your BT email id or whatever identifier TNT think you are?

I got in touch with BT customer service and got it sorted.

It was a BT customer service issue and not a Sky customer service issue.
