Discovery plus can’t subscribe. Follow all steps says , Can’t do that right now. It’s been 4 weeks.

I go to the Discovery + app

Choose "get Discovery+ now

scan QR

follow steps and after I sign in it shows the Discovery + picture then changes to a screen that says it can't do this right now please try later. 

It's been almost 4 weeks. 

please can someone help.
