I have followed instructions to watch discovery plus, have activated code and even try to upgrade sky but can't see discovery plus option. It keeps saying upgrade and retry. Nothing works

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I have watched discovery+ free for the past year as part of my Sky package, but in the last week or so it stopped allowing me in and says I need to upgrade my subscrition by buying a new pass to watch/stream anything.
I think the issue is that when we took out the discovery+ deal via sky it was then only free for the first 12 months. But since then Sky has changed this, so that it is free for as long as you have SkyQ. However, nobody told discovery+ and I think many customers of sky have had their discovery+ subscription expire. Can sky and discovery+ please work together to rectify this.

I cannot access Discovery plus. It constantly asks me to retry even though I am activated and acknowledged by their app as activated. Help please?

I have entered code it says I am ready to watch when I do it says retry

I watch discovery plus on my tv it says upgrade my pass then select retry to start watching I used my camera on my phone to activate with QR code it all went through but still can't watch it
