Discovery plus activation issue after moving back to Q from Glass.
As the title mentions. Tried glass, didn't like and moved back to Q. Everything back from the migration but issue with Discovery plus. It was previously activated but when logging in online and on Q box it says no subscription. Decided to re subscribe and got the screen showing £0.00 proceed. Clicked the confirm and got an error. Contacted sky and was told it's a known issue due to moving from glass/stream to Q. It's been a known issue for a number of weeks with no fix and I would need to pay direct to subscribe.
wouldnt be concerned but bbc Olympic coverage is shocking and don't see why I need to buy when it should be included as advertised. I know many have migrated back to Q after a poor glass experience. Anyone else have this issue?
