Discovery+ app not linking to Sky
I recontracted to Sky for another 2 years yesterday and upgraded from the free Discovery+ that Sky provide, to include TNT sports as well. I can now watch TNT sports on my Sky Q box but when trying to watch on the app it doesn't recognise that my Sky account and Discovery+ are linked. I can log in and it shows "welcome back, Paul" but then has a blue button showing "Renew Subscription". Everything on sky indicates that everything is activated and linked, showing the message:
You've already linked your Sky and Discovery+ accounts
To start watching, open the Discovery+ app on your TV and select sign in
Do I need to contact Sky again to get this sorted or does it just take a day or so for Sky and Discovery to talk to each other and link my accounts again?
It's been about 14 hours since I recontracted yesterday.
