For over the past two weeks my discovery+ app is no longer allowing me to watch any programmes. Never had an issue before but now it says upgrade pass. Have been on countless calls this past week with sky, gone through all the resets, refreshes, password changes etc etc and still unable to watch any discovery+ shows.
I feel like I've just been completely brushed off by various sky reps over the phone and still the problem persists. I was told to speak to discovery+ directly which I did and they assured me, the problem was on sky's end. I was told last week sky knew about the issue and we're resolving it. A week later still no resolution and a rep on the phone this evening said there was no known issue despite the fact I've had several calls with them this past week.
Terrible service from Sky. Not fulfilling their side of the contract as discovery+ is clearly not being delivered when it is part of my subscription.
Will be leaving sky as soon as my contract ends. Stupid price rises but a poor level of service. No loyalty to a customer that has been with them for over 15 years.
Will not be recommending sky.
