Discovery App - Rated UK-U displayed after ad break does not go away.

Someones forgotten to write some code that removes the UK Rating at the top of the screen after an Ad break.

I'm assumming this message needs to time out after a short time and allow you to watch the program without the black shading and UK rating at the top of the screen.
