Disconnect sky q for home move

I want to move house but i dont have a move date yet, how want my sky q disconnected

It's not clear what you're asking?

 

Just let Sky know when you have a moving in date.  You can disconnect your equipment at any time - but your subscription and payments will continue.

Unscrew the satellite cable(s), remove the HDMI cable, unplug the box from the mains.  The satellite dish and cabling stays where it is.

Take all Q hardware with you when you move: Sky is loaning it to you and you are responsible for its safekeeping.

As @PandJ2020 indicates, Sky will set up Q at your new address if you book a Home Move, but they will not disconnect and remove the equipment from your existing address: that's a DIY job

If you mean the lead time before an appointment is possible , that's down to local installer availability.  Sky advises booking several weeks in advance.

How can i book an engineer if i dont have an exact moving date?

but if you look online it states that some counsils want you to remove the dish and fill in holes before you move 🙂 😞

You book when you do have a date.  It may that an install may be many days afterwards if you cannot give reasonable notice.

But not if it's a private dwelling - that's between the seller & the buyer
