Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

When you say viewing cards Sky Q only has one viewing card for the main Q box

You may also need to be aware that SKY send the viewing cards via Royal Mail & not a  a 'guaranteed' delivery  option this can sometimes lead to slightly longer times than customers may wish
