I was away and delivery man helped wife to take old box but did not take the card out, and no way it was mention when ordering new box that we had to take card out, find it a bit annoying and should be all on password on line without cards

@guidothehandyman you will need to contact Sky for a new card unfortunately the DPD deilvery man is only delivering the new box and collecting the old box they may not even be aware that the card has to be taken out

Rather late in the day to revise the fundamental design of four decades of Sky satellite receivers, perhaps?
Glass & Stream do not use cards, but that's a completely different platform.
