How do I permanently delete recordings saved in my 'Continue' section on Sky Q? These are shows that are not in 'Most Recent' that I want to watch, yet I cannot delete them at all

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf anything is showing in continue that is not in Most Recent, its because you probably did not finish a recording or download and deleted it.
It will be sitting in your deleted folder.
If you want to delete it from showing in the Continue rail you will need to delete the single asset from Recordings>Manage>deleted

The continue section is not a separate set of recordings but just pointers to recordings and notoriously unreliable, often containing pointers to items just watched and deleted or to the 'next' episode of a programme just watched (or even just near the end) .
I am not sure this is always succesful but for some entries try going into
Recordings - Manage - Deleted
& select Delete forever
Based on what I have said above, our general advice is to use the section with caution and probably do what I do, which is ignore it

Thanks @nigea99
Just tried that ( manage - deleted etc.) but to no avail as the programmes are still there in the 'Continue' section. Like you said maybe I should just ignore it
