On Saturday 25th March I subscribed to DAZN as I wanted to watch Sky Channel 429, especially AJ fight. But I can not access the app and DAZN wants to know the name and email address used to activate it. Is there a way of finding out this imformation without having to phone customer services? Don't do well on phone.

When you did this did you get sent an email, if you are not sure then check all your email accounts for it including looking in their trash/bin/junk/spam folders.

I never got a confirmation email or activation email from DAZN and they are also saying they have no record of me paying. So annoying and more so as they are trying to shift the blame to sky.
