Customer service staff lies
When our package ran out we was persuaded to switch from sky q to glass, before the cooling off period we changed our minds as it wasn't for us so we cancelled, its been a nightmare ever since, we had returned our sky Q box as requested, the DPD man who brought a new one would not hand it over as he was expecting a replacement box which we had sent back, so he took the Q box back, on phoning sky and to cut a long story short, its been 1 lie after another, they cancelled our sky glass immediately as apparently its a conflict to have glass while waiting for Q set up, we are now waiting for a human to put it on our account they have received the box back so they can send a new one out, even though it was received on the 27th July and today 9th August it has been approved, the advisor said it can be upto 2 weeks for someone to put it on the account, absolute joke of a company, one lie after another

Sadly Sky's whole IT infrastructure is in serious need of an overhaul. Issues like this shouldn't happen when switching from one product to another and back again. There does seem to be a needless amount of faffing which goes on and no-one takes responsibility for it.

Hopefully, once (or if) they finally get you sorted out with a new Q package, you'll be compensated for their woeful customer service (or lack thereof).

After being a customer for 24 years and paying over £100 each month I am at the point of cancelling the whole thing except broadband, the lies they tell to just pacify you is not acceptable

I have now decided to cancel the whole thing its a 30 min wait in the queue but much better than a frustrated 2 week wait
