Can't see how to remove collar to extend copper wire

I am not too sure why you are wanting to remove the F-Connector if you are wanting to extend as the best way to extend is to use an F-F connector

F ConnectorsF Connectors

 

If you do need to remove it probably easiest is to just cut the cable

Not wanting to extend. The copper wire bent & broke off when I bent it back. I was reconnecting my Q box after decorating.

As @nigea99 indicated there are multiple videos on YouTube showing how to attach F-connectors to coaxial cable.

 

If you have crimped F-connectors then you may need to replace these with twist-on hardware: this costs about £1

Note that you could book Sky to resolve the issue: you'd be waiting for an installer and they could legitimately charge you for the job (typically £65)
